The primary idea? People mostly want to take care of themselves. Is the state of medicine ready?

This is a highly edited summary, unfortunately. But we thought it was worth documenting because different fields use different words for really similar concepts.

In medicine, it seems the term “self-care” is used for patients taking care of themselves.
